At First Aid Mid North Coast
we believe first aid is learned by doing.

Our nationally recognised training courses combine online learning with practical, hands-on training.

This you the opportunity to practise the skills you’ll need if someone ever depends on you.

Whether you’re renewing a workplace qualification or learning first aid for the first time, our goal is simple:

To help you leave with the confidence to step forward when someone needs help.

First Aid training

Meet your trainer

Hi, I’m Matt Sincock.

When I was ten years old, I was hit by a car on my way to the school bus.

I lay on the road with serious injuries while people gathered nearby. Although many wanted to help, no one knew what to do.

That experience stayed with me.

It taught me that in an emergency, good intentions aren’t always enough. Confidence comes from knowing what to do.

That’s why I teach first aid today.

My goal isn’t simply to help people gain a qualification.

It’s to help them leave with the confidence to step forward when someone needs help.

Why our courses are different

We believe first aid should be practical.

That’s why you’ll complete your theory online before attending a practical face-to-face training session where you’ll spend less time listening and more time learning by doing.

Courses are taught so everyone has the opportunity to ask questions, practise techniques and build confidence.
