At First Aid Mid North Coast, we believe first aid is learned through practice.
Complete your theory online before attending a practical training session where you’ll learn how to:

We provide on-site workplace first aid training for businesses, schools, sporting clubs and community organisations throughout Coffs Harbour and the Mid North Coast.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the course take?
Your online learning is completed before attending your practical face-to-face session.
Course times vary depending on the qualification.
The face-to-face practical session for First Aid runs for two hours, including CPR.
For CPR only, the face-to-face practical runs for 45 minutes.
When will I receive my certificate?
Successful participants receive their nationally recognised certificate through Allens Training Pty Ltd RTO 90909. The certificate is usually delivered by email on the same day as the face-to-face training session.
Do I need to bring anything?
Simply bring photo identification and wear comfortable clothing suitable for practical activities.
