Where are our Nambucca Heads courses held?
Training is held at the Nambucca RSL, overlooking the beautiful Nambucca River.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the course take?
Your online learning is completed before attending your practical face-to-face session.
The practical session for HLTAID011 Provide First Aid runs for approximately two hours. This includes the CPR.
The practical session for HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation runs for approximately 45 minutes.
When will I receive my certificate?
Successful participants receive their nationally recognised certificate through Allens Training Pty Ltd RTO 90909. Certificates are usually issued by email on the day you successfully complete your course.
What should I bring?
Please bring photo identification and wear comfortable clothing suitable for practical activities.

Hi, I’m Matt Sincock.
When I was ten years old, I was hit by a car on my way to the school bus.
I lay on the road with serious injuries while people gathered nearby. Although many wanted to help, no one knew what to do.
That experience stayed with me.
It taught me that in an emergency, good intentions aren’t always enough.
Confidence comes from knowing what to do.
That’s why I teach first aid today.
My goal isn’t simply to help people gain a qualification.
It’s to help them leave with the confidence to step forward when someone needs help.
