Meet your trainer
Hi, I’m Matt Sincock.
When I was ten years old, I was hit by a car on my way to the school bus.
People wanted to help.
They simply didn’t know what to do.
That experience inspired me to teach first aid.
Today, my goal is simple:
To help people leave with the confidence to step forward when someone needs help.

Bellingen First Aid Course
Whether you’re completing first aid training for the first time or renewing your qualification, we’d love to welcome you to one of our practical training sessions.
Why learn first aid?
Most of us hope we’ll never need to use first aid.
But emergencies don’t wait until someone more experienced arrives.
They happen at home.
At work.
On the sporting field.
On country roads.
In our communities.
Learning first aid isn’t simply about gaining a qualification.
It’s about having the confidence to step forward when another person needs help.
