First Aid training

Meet your trainer

Hi, I’m Matt Sincock.

When I was ten years old, I was hit by a car on my way to the school bus.

I lay on the road with serious injuries while people gathered around.

Although many wanted to help, no one knew what to do.

That experience stayed with me.

It taught me that in an emergency, good intentions aren’t always enough. Confidence comes from knowing what to do.

Today, that’s why I teach first aid.

My goal isn’t simply to help people gain a qualification. It’s to help them leave with the confidence to step forward when someone needs help.

Every course focuses on practical, hands-on experience because first aid isn’t learned by watching someone else.

It’s learned by doing.

Whether you’re completing first aid training for the first time or renewing your qualification, we’d love to welcome you to one of our practical training sessions.

Why learn first aid?

Most of us hope we’ll never need to use first aid.

But emergencies don’t wait until someone more experienced arrives.

They happen at home.

At work.

On the sporting field.

In the surf.

On the side of the road.

Learning first aid isn’t simply about gaining a qualification.

It’s about having the confidence to step forward when another person needs help.
